Return and Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at care@thebrandsarena.com, providing the following:

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging from different angles

Once your request is submitted, our Quality Assurance team will review it within four working days.

Exchange and Repair Guidelines:

  • If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will exchange it for the correct or a similar new product.
  • In cases where minor faults are found after delivery, the product will be repaired and sent back to you.
  • If you decide to replace the product due to personal preference or change of mind, you can select an alternative product. However, any price difference exceeding Rs.600 will need to be covered by you.

Delivery Charges:

For any repaired or replaced items, a delivery fee of Rs.300 will be applicable.

Shipping Damages or Broken Items
We take great care to ensure secure packaging, but in rare cases, fragile items may be damaged during transit. If this occurs, please share proof of the damage (photos) within 1 day of receiving the item. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for such cases, we will provide a discount coupon equivalent to the value of the damage. Allow 7-10 business days for processing such claims.

Our Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to decline or refuse returns in the following cases:

  • A history of excessive or irregular returns, indicating misuse.
  • Returned items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or incomplete.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unethical activity.
